(1) Conlon Farm in Perth

(2) Foley Mountain Conservation Area
29 kms from Perth Town Hall, southwest.
Huge rock outcrop rising hundreds of feet above the town of Westport. Scenic view is
second-to-none in Ontario. Nature trails, beaver pond, wildlife and plants galore.
Picnic tables, parking and restrooms. Admission is $5.00 per vehicle; donation box at site.

(3) Murphy's Point Provincial Park
19 kms southwest from Perth Town Hall.
Wildlife, camping, hiking, boating/canoeing, fishing, swimming, cross-country skiing, snowshoeing
and nature trails. Washrooms, changehouses and picnic areas. Situated on the Rideau, admission is at
the Ontario Provincial Park rate. During the summer months the Park Store is open.

(4) Perth Wildlife Reserve & Tay Marsh
Only 5 kms from the Perth Town Hall. Huge Canada Goose migration area with
observation tower. The scenic Nature Trail wanders through the reserve with a lookout tower
viewing over the Tay Marsh towards the Rideau Canal System.
Hundreds of plant species and wild flowers, songbirds, ducks, deer, wild turkeys,
squirrels, reptiles and amphibians can be spotted from time to time.
Cost is $5.00 per vehicle, donation box at site.

(5) Purdon Conservation Area
32 kms from Perth Town Hall, northwest.
Nature trail, wheelchair boardwalk loop, picnic area, lookout platform, rock outcrop, trail benches, washrooms, parking and the magnificent
Lady's Slipper orchid colony (16,000 orchids) blooms around the third week of June.
Admission is by donation, box at site.

(6) Rideau Ferry Conservation Area
12 kms from Perth Town Hall, out the Rideau Freey Road.
Sandy beach on the Rideau with roped-off swimming area,
barbecue pits, picnic tables, change houses and restrooms.
Admission is $5.00 per vehicle when someone is on the gate.

(7) Sharbot Lake Provincial Park
Located xx kms west of Perth on the Trans Canada Highway (hwy #7).
Camping, scenic nature trails, playground for the kids, sandy beaches, two lakes to choose from, fishing, boating and canoeing. Shower and washroom facilities.
Canoe, boat and paddleboat rentals are available.

(8) Silver Lake Provincial Park
Also located west of Perth on the Trans Canada Highway (hwy #7), Silver Lake is only xx kms from Perth.
Fishing, swimming on nice sandy beaches, change houses, washrooms, showers, picnic areas and picnic shelter,
nature trails, camping, boat ramp and playground for the kids.
Canoe, boat and paddleboat rentals are available.
